The annual 4-H Recognition night was a huge success. Over 130 4-Her's and their family members were present! Thank you to the 4-Her's and their families for attending the event! We would also to thank the VFW Ladies Auxiliary #3205 of Alexandria and the Midwest Gas Company of Highland Heights for sponsoring the The Outstanding 4-Her Awards.
Thank You to Julia Steffen who gave her award winning Volunteerism speech. Out of over 31,000 students who entered the Bill of Rights Institute Essay contest Campbell County 4-Her Julia Steffen placed 3rd in her region and received $1,250 along with an all expense paid trip to Washington DC.
Thank you to those who gave photos for the slide show, the 4-H clubs and individuals who donated items for the silent auction, persons who participated in the silent auction, families who brought food, volunteers who helped with meal and the volunteers who helped clean after the event. We must also thank the members of the Campbell County 4-H Council for their continued support of 4-H. Thank you for making 2009 such a great year!
